Why shouldn’t we do this ourselves?
We think that you should! Our goal isn't to create any dependency on us and if you'd like to have the capability we can set that up with you. A lot of the self-executed surveys that we see are far more engaging and insightful than so called 'professional' ones.
Isn't this a bit gimmicky?
Yes, using flashy design for its own sake is pointless. But clear, simple and appropriate design and writing is just common sense. Here's the real question – Does it make more sense to engage and talk to most of the audience that you invite OR are you happy to just talk to the 1 in 20 that can be bribed to put up with a poor and rude survey?
It sounds expensive, how much does it cost?
As an independent agency our overheads are low. Being an all senior team, we work fast and efficiently. We know we are competitive in our field, but we may not be your best choice for 'very quick and dirty' or 'just do it' work. That's because the analysis, presentation and actions that result are the key part of any of our projects.
